- Shopify store ID
- Subscription status and selected plan
- Token allocation, usage, and billing state
2.2 Shopify API Data
With your authorization, the App accesses data through Shopify APIs, including:
- Product data and product metadata
- Blog and content data required for publishing
- Store configuration data required for automation features
The App does not intentionally access Shopify customer personal data unless explicitly required by Shopify APIs that you authorize.
2.3 Authentication and Security Data
- Shopify OAuth access tokens
- Session tokens and authentication metadata
- Webhook verification data
Access tokens are stored securely and used only to provide App functionality.
2.4 Generated Content
- AI-generated keywords
- AI-generated article drafts and final content
- Automation schedules and publishing queues
This content is generated at the merchant's request or through enabled automation settings.
3. How We Use Data
We use collected data solely to operate, maintain, and improve the App, including to:
- Authenticate and connect Shopify stores
- Sync products and content from Shopify
- Generate AI-based keywords and articles
- Publish content to Shopify blogs
- Manage subscriptions and billing through Shopify
- Run automation workflows
- Provide customer support and troubleshooting
We do not sell, rent, or trade merchant data.
4. AI and Third-Party Processing
The App uses third-party AI service providers to generate and refine content, including:
- OpenAI
- Anthropic
Data shared with these providers is limited to what is necessary for content generation, such as product information, keywords, or draft content. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
Merchants are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving AI-generated content before or after publication.
5. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored using secure cloud infrastructure and industry-standard practices, including:
- Encrypted databases
- Restricted access controls
- Secure hosting environments
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
6.1 Active Stores
We retain store-related data for as long as the App remains installed and the store account is active.
6.2 App Uninstall
When the App is uninstalled:
- Shopify sends an uninstall webhook to the App
- Store access tokens are revoked or disabled
- Store data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless retention is required for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes

7. Merchant Rights
Depending on applicable law, merchants may have the right to:
- Access data associated with their store
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of stored data
- Withdraw consent by uninstalling the App

8. Billing and Payment Data
All payments are processed exclusively through Shopify Billing.
We do not collect, process, or store:
- Credit card numbers
- Bank account details
- Payment authentication information
Payment data is handled entirely by Shopify in accordance with their terms and privacy policies.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or Shopify policies.
Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
